You give us a URL. We send an HTTP request to it every 5 minutes. If we get an error, a timeout, or an unexpected status code, we verify with a second check and then email you.

The whole setup takes about 30 seconds. Enter your email, add a URL, and monitoring starts immediately. There's no onboarding wizard, no sales call, no "schedule a demo" button.
